Digital twin of the organization and OTS: short answers

A digital twin of the organization (DTO) is a living model of a company: its teams, roles, processes, tasks, applications, data and the links between them, with volumes, durations and costs. It can be queried (who does what, who depends on what) and simulated (what happens if demand grows by 25 % or an AI agent takes over a task) before the real organization is changed.

Organisational Twin Studio (OTS) is a web application published by the French company TC2I Consulting to build the digital twin of an organization and prepare its transformation with AI and automation. It covers six steps: model the current state, understand dependencies, simulate load and costs, compare scenarios with AI agents or workflows, deploy, then measure the real effect in production.

Process mining reconstructs the past of a process from the event logs of a system such as an ERP or CRM. A digital twin of the organization covers the whole organization, including work that is in no software, and simulates the future. They are complementary: process-mining measures can feed the twin as observed evidence.

A first useful version takes a few days, often one day for an SME: a template or sector model, an import of the org chart and application list, then two or three interviews on the key processes.

Yes. OTS exposes an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server with 15 tools. An authorized AI assistant can read the model, get figure-based briefings, run what-if simulations, compare scenarios and propose objects or changes, which a person validates before anything is applied. ChatGPT and claude.ai connect with OAuth, other assistants with a token.

In the European Union, on TC2I Consulting's infrastructure, or on the customer's servers with the on-premise option of the Enterprise plan. OTS does not train AI models on customer data.

Yes, with OpenID Connect (Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta, Keycloak) in the Enterprise plan; accounts are created at first sign-in and SSO can be enforced for the company's domains. SAML and SCIM provisioning are in preparation. Two-factor authentication is available to everyone.
