Step 1 · Model
Model the organization as it really works
Start from a template for your size or one of nine sector models, import your org chart, HR export and application list (Excel or CSV), then add the key processes in two or three interviews. Every piece of data carries its evidence level: unverified, reported or observed.
Step 2 · Understand
Understand who does what, with what, and who depends on whom
Interactive graph, editable referential, RACI and tool matrices, site map. Impact analysis follows dependencies to show what stops if a role, an application or a person becomes unavailable; critical dependencies are computed, not guessed.
Step 3 · Simulate
Simulate load, costs and the breaking point
Load of every role and team, bottleneck, absorbable growth, lead times, full monthly cost (payroll, tools, AI agents and automations), margin, automated share and hours freed, with a load tester for activity peaks.
Step 4 · Imagine
Compare scenarios with AI agents, workflows or a new organization
Branch the current state (AS IS) into target variants (TO BE): automate a task, give it to an AI agent with human review, reorganize a team. Every scenario is simulated with its own hypotheses and compared side by side on the same indicators.
Step 5 · Deploy
Deploy on your infrastructure
Workflows and AI agents are deployed by your IT, or by TC2I Consulting and its partners, on your servers or your cloud. The twin remains the reference of what was decided and why.
Step 6 · Measure
Measure the real effect and recalibrate the twin
With the LIVE module, agents and workflows send their daily metrics (runs, errors, human take-overs, duration, cost) by API or CSV. OTS compares actuals with the plan, raises alerts on drift and recalibrates the model's hypotheses on observed data.

History and restore
Every change is logged with before and after values; any earlier version of an object can be restored, and deleted objects stay recoverable for 90 days with their relations.

Hosting in the European Union or on your servers, two-factor authentication, OpenID Connect single sign-on, roles per workspace, chained audit log, encrypted backups.
Six languages
The application is available in English, French, German, Spanish, Russian and Chinese, with WCAG 2.1 AA contrast in dark and light themes.
